The project "Promotion of government incentives for the SME sector to transition to a green economy" has been launched in Kyrgyzstan.
It will include conducting a legal analysis of the current regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning fiscal, customs, non-financial and financial incentives for the SME sector in the field of the "green economy", as well as studying international experience in stimulating the SME sector at the legislative level in the direction of the "green" economy.
As part of the PERETO project, a series of training sessions for consultants has begun.
Today, on June 7, within the framework of the project to promote energy and resource efficiency in the tourism industry of Kyrgyzstan (PERETO), a series of training sessions on the topic "Implementation of sustainable production and consumption measures for the development of the tourism sector in Kyrgyzstan" began. The participants are the regional consultants of the PERETO project, whose work will be aimed at promoting issues of sustainable consumption and production, as well as energy and resource efficiency in tourism.
PERETO: In Kyrgyzstan, 300 tourist enterprises will teach energy and resource efficiency, 50 will introduce green technologies.
On September 9, the PERETO project (Promotion of Energy and Resource Efficient Technologies in the tourism industry of Kyrgyzstan) held its first event, an introductory seminar.
