Unison Group is looking for an intern/volunteer to join our friendly and dynamic team, to support us with our project management, research and analysis, and outreach activities in the field of sustainable development and climate change in Kyrgyzstan.
Working with us is a unique, enriching opportunity to gain multifaceted experience and learn about sustainable development projects in Kyrgyzstan (e.g. PERETO, KyrSEFF), and work with renown regional experts in the field of environment and climate change.
The intern/volunteer’s tasks include, but not are not limited to:
- Support for organization, project management, and project evaluation & reporting
- Policy & Legislation research and analysis
- Market studies and feasibility studies
- Marketing support: infographics, visualization tools, etc.
- Preparation and editing of communication materials
- Writing and editing of analytical texts, and eventually translation tasks
- Communication with partners and donors
Requirements for the Candidate:
- Excellent command of English
- Flexibility and adaptability, readiness to work in a new environment
- Cultural sensitivity and open-mindedness
- Proactivity
- Attention to detail
- Good command of Russian language would be an asset
- University studies in Environmental Sciences, Law, Social Sciences, Political Sciences, or any other related field would be an asset
- Experience working abroad or in an international organization would be an asset
