The Unison Community Foundation, a sustainable environment and energy organization, announces a vacancy for a Project Manager/Coordinator with subsequent growth into an organizational leadership position.
Requirements for the candidate:
- higher professional education;
- knowledge of English, Kyrgyz and Russian languages at C2 level
- Experience in project management and preparation (planning and writing);
- experience and skills in writing project reports;
- experience in the NGO sector;
- developed managerial skills, including people management skills;
- Environmental and sustainable development specialist (desirable) (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Engaging and managing the Foundation's projects;
- drafting strategies, plans and programs, participating in the preparation of the Fund's budgets;
- negotiating, representing the interests of the Foundation and interacting with government agencies, national and international donors and investors and the media
- implementation and support of the project from the beginning to the end, analysis of financial results, evaluation and monitoring of the project (impact assessment).
Conditions:
- Working schedule: 8:00-17:00, 5/2
- Availability of business trips
- Salary based on the results of the interview.
